Working with churches and small businesses are always fun projects. Most churches don't see themselves as businesses so you have to train and coach in some of the decision making processes. There is also more stakeholders involved in the decision making. What we did early on was to find out who the main stakeholders are and keeping that small circle together. We delivered a shift from their old branding and wanted to present the church as welcoming and a community vs a church.
